• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned items.
• Certain items, such as custom orders and perishable plants, are not eligible for return.

• We pack your consignment with every care possible to ensure safe transit

Sustainability

• At Nuno, we are committed to offering eco-friendly and sustainable products. 
• We encourage customers to recycle plant pots, compost plant waste and use natural non-chemical plant food, and natural pesticides. Systemic chemical pesticides kill the pests and the good bacteria in the soil – please avoid it.
